 its purpose is to continue on, the development and diffusion of the Art learnt from Takeda Tokimune, Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu.  The International Association is present in many countries other than Japan:

Today all the techniques of Aikijujutsu are being studied and practiced exactly as they were in the Feudal Era of Japan, when they were trained by the Aizu clan bushi. Every technique has been passed on and kept secret inside the Takeda family, until almost 10 years ago.
